Wellington Residences back to Pag-IBIG Financing Housing Option

PINAKAMAGANDA WellingtonWellington Residences ended its LIPAT AGAD Promo Last January 31, 2015 and is now focusing in moving the houses to Pag-IBIG members either locally employed or OFWs.

For Pag-IBIG Members who are interested in buying a unit here in Wellington Tanza, a contribution of a total of only 24 months are needed to be eligible of a housing loan.

In case a buyer was a Pag-IBIG member in the past but has stopped payment of the membership and now, still interested to use his/her membership for a housing loan, what’s needed is just to update the membership by paying the latest month contribution.
